Timsauce-k is the mixture including all the thickeners, stabilizers and preservatives that you need in catering ketchup production. You can produce both low-calorie product and reduce your cost as the product contains sugar substitution. Glucose syrup may be used depending on the desired shine properties. It can be enriched with aroma and / or spices depending on customer request.
